This page covers three different things, and the difference matters:
CANCELLATION before the parcel leaves our warehouse
REFUSAL at your door, when the courier arrives
RETURN after you have accepted and taken delivery
1. CANCELLING AN ORDER
You can cancel while the order is still with us — up to and including the point
where it is packed and ready to ship. Contact us with your order number:
Email: info@nextrillion.org
Phone: 8864904142
Once the parcel has been handed to the courier we can no longer cancel it. At
that point your option is to refuse the delivery (section 2).
For a cash on delivery order, cancelling before dispatch costs you nothing,
because no money has been taken. COD means you pay the courier at delivery, so
until the parcel arrives there is nothing to refund.
We may also cancel an order ourselves. The reasons are limited and we will tell
you which one applies:
- the item turns out not to be in stock
- we cannot reach you to confirm a cash on delivery order
- you decline to confirm a cash on delivery order when we call
- the delivery address is not serviceable
- the listing carried a pricing or specification error
If we cancel an order on which you have already paid, you are refunded in full.
2. REFUSING THE DELIVERY
Please inspect the outer packaging before accepting. If it is damaged, opened or
visibly tampered with, refuse it and tell us the same day.
If you refuse a cash on delivery parcel you pay nothing. The item returns to our
warehouse and is inspected before it can be sold again.
3. RETURNS AFTER DELIVERY
A return can be requested once an order has been delivered.
You have 7 calendar days from the day your order is delivered to report an
eligible problem and ask for a return. After that we can no longer accept a
return, although a warranty may still apply — see section 5.
WHAT WE ACCEPT
We accept a return where the fault is ours. These are the reasons, and they are
the ones our returns process actually records:
- the product arrived damaged in transit
- the product is defective — dead on arrival, or it stops working
- we sent the wrong item
- the product is materially not as described on the listing
- parts are missing or the item is incomplete — the remote, stand, cables or
manual are absent
If what went wrong does not fit any of these, tell us anyway and we will look at
it. We would rather read your description than have you pick the nearest wrong
box.
WHAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT TODAY
We do not currently accept change-of-mind returns — a return because you no
longer want the item, or found it cheaper elsewhere, or ordered the wrong model
by mistake.
We would rather say that plainly than advertise "easy returns" and then refuse
you. We sell large appliances and televisions into a single city with reverse
logistics we handle by hand, and accepting change-of-mind returns before that is
proven would be a promise we cannot keep.
That is the position at launch, stated plainly rather than buried: there are no
change-of-mind returns. If it changes, this page changes with it.
HOW TO REQUEST ONE
Contact us with your order number, what is wrong, and photographs if the
complaint is about physical condition. Photographs of a damaged item make the
claim far quicker to settle.
Please keep the original packaging until the return is resolved. We may need to
collect the item in it.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
1. We authorise the return and arrange collection.
2. The item comes back to our warehouse.
3. We inspect it. An item is not restocked, and a refund is not finalised,
until somebody has physically examined it.
4. We tell you the outcome and process the refund or replacement.
Where the fault is ours, we pay the return freight.
4. REFUNDS
A refund is issued once the returned item has been received and inspected, or
immediately on cancellation of an order you had already paid for.
Refunds go back to the original payment method where there was one. For a cash
on delivery order there is no payment instrument to reverse, so a refund is paid
out to a bank account you provide. We will ask you for those details and will
never ask for them unprompted — see the Privacy Policy.
Where a return is approved, we aim to INITIATE the refund within 7 working days
of completing the inspection and approving it.
Initiating a refund is not the same as the money arriving. How long it then takes
to reach you depends on your bank, and we will not promise you a date we do not
control.
- For a cash on delivery order there is no payment instrument to reverse, so
the refund is a bank transfer to an account you give us.
- Where an order was paid online, the refund goes back to the method it was
paid with. Online payment is not enabled at launch, so this applies only to
orders placed if and when it is.
Where a return is approved because the fault is ours, we bear the reasonable
cost of collecting the item under the approved return process, and any delivery
charge you paid on that order is refunded.
Change-of-mind returns are not available, so there is no customer-initiated
return for a delivery or collection charge to be apportioned on.
5. WARRANTY
A warranty claim is a different thing from a return. A return is about the first
few days after delivery; a warranty covers failures over its term.
Warranty is specific to the product. Where a warranty applies, its duration, its
provider and the terms that apply to it are shown on the product page, in your
order documentation, or on your invoice.
A warranty may be given by the manufacturer or brand, by us as the seller, or
under another arrangement stated for that product. We do not name a provider we
have not verified for that model. Where a product page shows a duration but no
provider, ask customer support before you order and we will confirm what applies
to that model.
If something fails after the return window has closed, contact customer support
with your order number and we will tell you what applies and how to proceed.
6. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing on this page reduces any right you have under the Consumer Protection
Act 2019 or any other applicable Indian law.
If you are not satisfied with how a cancellation, return or refund was handled,
please see the Grievance Redressal page.
